民工荒现象的经济学分析——基于托达罗模型

本文针对2004年以来我国加工业聚集的地区出现的民工荒现象，引入托达罗模型，对模型中的变量逐一进行分析以发现民工荒现象产生的原因，认为城乡预期实际收入产生的效用的比较和迁移成本决定了农民工的去留问题，在分析原因的基础上，本文也对缓解民工荒现象提出了一些建议。

Labor shortage phenomenon of economic analysis on the basis of todaro model

This paper focuses on the phenomenon of labor shortage in industry - gathered area of china since 2004. It uses Todaro model and analyses each variables in the model to find out causes of labor shortage. Migrant workers decided where to stay according to expected income between urban and rural areas as well as relocation costs. On the basis of these analyses, it makes some suggestions to ease the labor shortage phenomenon.
