| Abstract: | In view of the functional pluralism of savings deposits, this paper makes an analysis on the reasons why our deposit-loan balance expanded and household savings soared conversely against the 8 times of successive reduction of interest rate during the years of 1996-2002. On the basis of this it gives some viewpoints on the future of our household savings and the run of their interest rate. |
