| Abstract: | This papern fits the data about Hebei's mechanical industry to Cobb-Douglas function. Through the analysis of the function, the paper tries to explain the development process of Hebei' s mechanical industry yield since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party (1981),and describes the economic developing mechanism concerned. |
