| 摘 要： | “效率优先、兼顾公平”的大背景下，人们却忽视了与效率密不可分的初次分配领域中的公平问题。我国正处于社会转型期、经济转轨期，要实现又好又快的发展，就必须分析初次分配领域中公平的基本内容，而具体分析初次分配领域中公平与效率的关系。另外，由于初次分配领域中公平本身的不完备性，更需要进一步辨析其与再次分配的差异，以促成分配领域新格局，更好的构建社会主义和谐社会。
