| 摘 要： | 虚拟物流是现代物流的发展趋势,虚拟物流组织内部企业整体库存的最优成为亟待解决的问题。文中把联合库存管理的思想引入虚拟物流库存管理中,介绍了虚拟物流联合库存管理的运作模式、组织结构和各结构下的库存控制方法以及库存策略。针对虚拟物流联合库存的实施,提出了可行的步骤,为虚拟物流库存和未来企业库存提出了解决思路。

| Abstract: | Virtual logistics is the trend of development for modern logistics. The problem of optimum of whole Inventory of enterprises inside the virtual logistics organization should be solved immediately. This paper introduces the thought of Jointly Managed Inventory (JMI) into inventory management of virtual logistics, and points out the executing models, structures, ways of inventory controlling beside certain models and inventory strategy. According to carrying JMI into execution, this paper introduces some possible steps, thoughts of solving problems in virtual logistics inventory and enterprise inventory in the future are pointed out. |
