中国农村养老保障的现实与挑战——基于新型农村合作医疗的经验

随着老龄化社会的到来，国内对养老保障的关注与探索逐步加强，学界把目光投向中国最基础也是最脆弱的环节——农村。党的十七大报告中提出，要加快建立覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系，探索建立农村养老保险制度，全面推进新型农村合作医疗建设。我国的农村养老保障体制建设，应充分借鉴新型农村合作医疗的宝贵经验。
