中国低碳农业生产方式的实现路径与评价

为应对因碳排放增加而造成的全球变暖问题,中国农业的应对措施和未来发展方向就是要大力发展低碳农业生产。以低碳农业发展为主线,按照逻辑顺序梳理和分析了研究和发展低碳农业迫切需要解决的几个问题。旨在明晰农业生产过程碳排放重点环节,从技术措施和制度条件两方面探寻实现低碳农业生产方式的路径,根据碳排放环节和影响碳排放的外界因素构建农业生产方式低碳化程度的评价指标体系,并分析影响低碳农业生产方式实现的因素。最后指出低碳农业研究在研究视角、研究方法、研究内容上需重点关注的问题和进一步研究的方向。

Achieving Path and Evaluation of Law Carbon Agricultural Production Mode in China

To cope with global warming caused by carbon emission,the measure and direction of agriculture developing in China are law carbon production.This paper is based on the main line of law carbon agricultural development,and analyzes several problems which needed solving urgently in the process of studying and developing law carbon agriculture according to the logic sequence.The purpose is to clear key emission link,explore achieving path of law carbon agricultural production mode from two perspectives of technical measures and institutional conditions,and construct index system of evaluating low carbonization degree of agricultural production mode according to carbon sources and effecting factors.It analyzes factors of influencing low carbon agricultural production mode’s achievement.In the end,this paper points out such problems in low carbon agricultural research as research perspectives,research methods and research content and the direction of further research.
