| 摘 要： | 我国电力处于快速发展时期，发展智能电网必须兼顾发展方式优化和整体综合运行效率的提高。通过分析我国电力发展面临的关键问题，解读我国坚强智能电网建设的重大举措，系统全面地评价了坚强智能电网建设在提高电力系统效率、实现能源资源优化配置、发展低碳经济等方面的经济效益和社会效益。
