区域新型工业化目标模式的理论分析

新型工业化更加强调科技进步过程中的技术组合和工业结构的优化效应,以及工业主体与生态环境的友好相处;强调工业增长速度与效率均衡的集约型增长。以此为基础,文章提出区域新型工业化目标模式,该模式被定义为"双效应复驱动半内生型工业化目标模式"。"双效应"是指科技进步与结构优化效应。"复驱动"是指科技进步与结构优化循环往复地推动着工业化,从而保障新型工业化目标的实现。"半内生"是指区域工业化进程中,政府适度干预市场,烫平工业周期。

THE GOAL MODE OF REGIONAL NEW INDUSTRIALIZATION

By comparison,new industrialization realizes its goals by means of economic structure adjustment by scientific improvement and the harmonious development between the subjects of industry and the ecological environment.New Industrialization Goal Mode emphasizes the intensive growth by balancing the speed and efficiency.On this basis,in this article,the paper put forward Regional New Industrialization Goal Mode defined as "double effect semi-internally-repeatedly-driven industrialization goal mode".The double effect is the effect of scientific and technological improvement and structure adjustment.The "repeatedly-driven" is that the result of scientific and technological improvement and structure adjustment pushes industrialization forward repeatedly.The "semi-internal" is the double roles of government and market and their mutual effect during the process of industrialization.
