| 摘 要： | 我国国有商业银行在机构设置和业务流程上均不同程度地存在看弊端。组织机构再造原则是以建立健全统一法人体制为目标，其基本策略包括：大力推选扁平化管理、推行客户经理制、制定合理的分配制度和用人机制、处理好集权分权的关系和树立科技兴行的经营理念等五个方面；业务流程再造原则是以建立服务客户为中心，其基本策略和方法包括：牢固树立客户至上的经营理念、突出核心业务流程，推行业务外包、简化业务流程、应用标杆瞄准技术、应用信息技术进行业务流程改造，实行多元化的定位方式和差别化的营销策略等六个方面。
