金融改革论要

金融是市场经济的神经中枢，银行又是金融的核心体系，作为金融核心的银行体制改革，对经济和社会发展至关重要。银行的制度改革包括三大要素：改变银行的专业属性；对国有银行实行股份制改造；积极发展民营银行。总的目标是实现银行的企业化，按照WTO的规则尽快与国际接轨。
