摘    要:对课程进行实践性教学改革是高职教育改革的一种尝试。其中,酒店管理专业的调酒课程所采用的教、学、做、经营一体化教学模块是一种新的探索,是基于培养学生基础能力为起点,融创业体验为一体,提升就业与创业能力的一种新方式。

Abstract:Vocational colleges are making attempts carrying out practice teaching reforms.Teachers of Tourism Man-agement are trying to make teaching reform of the course of wine mixing,which is a teaching module with teaching,learning,doing-it-yourself,and doing business integrated.The reform is based on students' ability and integrate learning with enterprise education to improve students enterprising ability,thus,for the ultimate purpose of employment.
