| 摘 要： | 家庭经营与农户合作经营相结合的新型双层经营体制是行之有效的农业制度安排;“亲农化”的农村工业化战略,是对我国城乡工业化战略无差异的修正,也是保证农业稳定发展的一种工业化模式。

| Abstract: | The new dual-level operational regime,which combines family operation with cooperative operation of rural households,is the effective arrangement of agricultural system.The "farmers-friendly" industrialization strategy of rural area is a minor modification to China's industrialization strategy of both urban and rural areas.It is also a model of industrialization guaranteeing the stable development of agriculture. |
