“生态集约型”耕地利用评价研究

文章将对耕地集约利用的研究聚焦在生态环境保护的约束和创建下,以改以往单纯地强调耕地使用的集约而忽视生态的做法.提出“生态集约型”耕地利用模式的思想,并阐述耕地生态集约利用的内涵,充分融合了“生态约束,集约根本”耕地利用的宗旨.在此基础上,以钦州市和合浦县为研究对象,构建耕地生态集约利用的指标体系,对研究对象5个县(区)耕地生态集约利用进行评价,并将评价结果分为4个等级.研究表明:研究区域耕地生态集约利用水平具有明显的地域差异性,钦北区处于生态集约良好水平,钦南区、灵山县处于生态集约中等水平,合浦县生态集约水平一般,浦北县生态集约最差.总体来说,研究区域耕地生态集约利用整体处于中等水平,而且耕地生态效益不显著.

EVALUATION ON THE CULTIVATED LAND OF ECOLOGICAL INTENSIVE TYPE IN HEPU COUNTY OF QINZHOU CITY

This paper studied on the intensive utilization of cultivated land under the background of the ecological environment protection. It put forward the idea of "ecological intensive type" of cultivated land use, and expounded the connotation of the intensive use of cultivated land. On the basis, taking 4 county in Hepu county of Qinzhou city as the research object, it constructed the index system of intensive utilization of cultivated land, evaluated the intensive degree of the cultivated land, and classified the evaluation results. The result showed that the level of cultivated land intensive use in each county (city) had obvious regional differences. Qinbei area had good level of ecological intensive, and Qinnan area and Lingshan county were in a moderate level of ecological intensive, Hepu county wasnot good, and Pubei county was the worst. Overall, the ecological intensive farmland utilization in the study area was in a moderate level, and the ecological benefit of the cultivated land was not significant.
