基于农户参与的河南省农产品配送模式研究

文章在对河南省农产品配送现状进行分析的基础上,阐明实行农产品配送模式农户参与机制改革的必要性,并提出了"农户(农场)+市场"、"农户+经济组织+市场"及"农户+龙头企业+市场"等3种农户参与下的农产品配送模式,同时对其配送绩效进行了逐一评述,旨在给予农户在农产品配送中以充分自主选择权的同时,增强农产品配送模式的包容性和连续性,为农产品流通现代化提供必要的政策制度保障。同时针对农产品流通模式的内涵和类型进行系统论述,并从配送模式的评价角度研究了农产品流通模式的比较与选择问题。结果表明:农户自身的特征对农户的农产品流通模式的选择具有显著影响,不仅农户特征的不同对流通模式的影响不同,而且农户特征对不同农产品流通模式的影响程度也不相同。并通过借鉴其他国家和地区成功的农产品配送模式,对河南省农产品的现存配送模式提出创新性意见,以期为河南省农产品配送模式革新、河南省农户经济收入提高、河南省农业可持续发展提供参考。

DISTRIBUTION MODE OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS IN HENAN PROVINCE BASED ON THE PARTICIPATION OF FARMERS

Based on the analysis of the present situation of agricultural products distribution in Henan province,this paper clarified the necessity of implementing the reform of the rural distribution mode of agricultural products,put forward three kinds of agricultural product distribution modes,i.e.,the "farmer (farm) + market","economic organizations + farmers + market" and "leading enterprises + farmers + market",and discussed the distribution performance to give the farmers full right to choose,strengthen the agricultural products distribution patterns,and ensure the modernization of agricultural products circulation.And then,it explained the connotation and types of agricultural products circulation mode,and discussed how to select the mode from the angle of evaluation of distribution mode.The characteristics of farmers themselves had a significant impact on farmers'choice.The different characteristics of farmers influenced not only the circulation pattern,but also the different agricultural products circulation mode.By drawing on the distribution mode of agricultural product in other countries and regions,it gave some suggestions to innovate the distribution pattern of agricultural products in Henan province,so as to provide a reference for innovating agricultural products distribution pattern,improving the income of farmers,and further promoting the sustainable development of agriculture in Henan province.
