| Abstract: | Most vocational colleges are established by merger and upgrades of secondary technical schools,which poses a number of new problems to file management.In order to adapt to demands of the development of higher education,the work of file management should be improved in such aspects as further standardizing management,enhancing the modernization level,strengthening the team construction,setting work target,and carrying out the development and utilization of files. |
