| 摘 要： | 自主创新尚未成为河南工业企业创新行为的主流模式,企业员工的观念习俗、管理层的领导艺术和企业组织结构是企业中抑制创新的主要文化因子。另外,中原传统文化中存在抑制现代企业创新文化生成的消极成分,是企业创新行为范式选择的深刻人文背景。应通过在企业内营造促进创新的文化氛围和构筑区域创新文化等措施,从企业和政府两个层面提升河南企业的创新倾向。
