| 摘 要： | 随着资本和技术要素积累的增加,中国出口正遭遇越来越多的知识产权贸易壁垒,对中国的对外贸易造成了严重障碍。应对知识产权贸易壁垒,应当制定和实施"创新强贸"战略、加强知识产权文化建设、鼓励企业制定和实施知识产权战略、建立和完善知识产权公共服务机制、完善规制知识产权滥用的法律制度、加强对知识产权贸易壁垒等问题的研究。

| Abstract: | The accumulation of capital and technical assets brings more and more intellectual copyright barriers to export trade in China.In responding to these barriers,China should take the strategy of "Trade Innovation",enhance the construction of intellectual culture,encourage business to carry out intellectual strategy,establish perfect public service system to intellectual copyright,perfect law system,and strengthen the studies on trade barriers of intellectual copyright trade. |
