Marxism's capital tension thought and its reality significance

Marx raised his theory of capital expansion in On Capital,believing that the capital,being constant in the process of capital accumulation though,may demonstrate great potential capacity if the labor force is fully and appropriately utilized,and scientific and natural resources are fully explored.Based on Marx’ idea,this paper discusses the necessity to bring into play of the capital potentials and analyzes efficient strategies and methods for Chinese enterprises.
