基于虚拟理论的863项目组织制度变革

虚拟组织理论在国内外的许多领域得到应用,然而在高科技领域的虚拟组织理论研究还处于萌芽阶段。将虚拟组织理论应用到863项目的组织制度变革中,引入新的研发形式——虚拟合同研发组织,可以适应世界新科技变革及我国科技工业自身发展的需要。同时,构建了新组织制度下的组织结构,提出了虚拟合同组织中虚拟核心组织和虚拟项目小组的组成模式,分析了虚拟核心组织和虚拟项目小组各自的职能。
