以企业组织为载体从经济学与管理学视角分析了生产力与生产关系的演变历程。并认为企业组织的发展过程实际上是生产力与生产关系的辩证统一过程，而经济学视角的企业组织更强调生产力功能，管理学视角的企业组织更强调生产关系功能，两者的结合共同构筑了企业组织的历史演变。

The Evolution of Economics and Management of the Enterprise Organization

This paper analyzes the evolution process of productivity and production relation on the enterprise organization from the perspective of economics and management. And that the development of the enterprise organization is actually the dialectical unity process of the productivity and production relation. The economic perspective of enterprise organization focus on production function while managerial perspective of enterprise organization focus on the production relation function, a combination of both jointly establishes the history development of enterprise organization.
