我国第三方物流业的产业组织分析

第三方物流产业作为新兴的服务部门，已经进入全面快速发展阶段。然而，我国的第三方物流业尚属于幼稚产业，无论是理论研究还是实际操作均存在很多不足。本文在假定第三方物流产业边界的基础上，从产业组织理论的视角出发，采用传统的结构—行业—绩效（SCP）范式，分析我国第三方物流产业的现状和发展趋势，以期从理论上推动我国第三方物流乃至整个物流产业的发展。

Industrial Organization Analysis of Third Party's Logistics in China

Third party's logistics industry has already entered fast developing stage as a new service department. But third party logistics industry of our country still belongs to juvenility industry, and both theoretical research and practical operation are not mature. This text bases on the assuming of third party's logistics industry border, and adopt the industrial organization theory and the traditional structure-conduct-performance (SCP)model, analysing the current situations and development trends of third party's logistics industry of our country to promote the development of third party's logistics and even the whole logistics industry of our country theoretically.
