| 摘 要： | 无效婚姻和可撤销婚姻都是违法婚姻,但具有不同的涵义、构成及形成原因.设立无效、可撤销婚姻制度既是立法的需要,也是实践的需要.<婚姻法>规定了无效婚姻和可撤销婚姻及其法律后果.

| Abstract: | Both invalid marriage and be-able-to-be-quashed marriage are against law. but they share different implications, forms and causes of formation. It is both legislative and practical necessity to set up invalid marriage and be-able-to-be-quashed marriage. In Marriage Law, invalid marriage and be-able-to-be-quashed marriage and their consequences are confirmed. |
