| 摘 要： | 2006年，荷兰经济研究局商业政策研究部通过收集欧洲各国在通过标准化提高个私和中小企业的创新能力和竞争能力方面的服务信息，最后遴选出了23条最佳做法。这些做法值得我国政府和相关机构在标准化建设过程中借鉴和应用。

| Abstract: | In 2006, EIM Business & Policy Research of Netherlands conducted a survey, which focused on the service information on improvement of innovative and competitive competence of craft enterprises and SMEs through standardization. The survey finally pinpointed twenty- three best practices, which can be learned and applied by Chinese government and the relevant organizations in our perfection process of standardization. |
