| 摘 要： | 针对BOT项目风险体系复杂这一特点,采用多层模糊分析与层次分析法相结合,提出了一种综合考察BOT项目中各风险因素的多级模糊综合评价方法。最后以S省某道路建设BOT项目为例,介绍了该方法的应用。
