| 摘 要： | 根据“林业改革总体纲要”和东北林区当前的森林资源情况 ,着重论述东北林区商品林经营管理必须考虑的几个问题 :⑴中幼龄人工林抚育间伐问题、⑵林产品进出口权问题、⑶发展林产工业问题、⑷经营管理方面的问题 ,同时提出解决这些问题的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Bases on the current forest resources of north-east forest region and the ensemble outline of forestry reform,the author discusses several management problems about commercial forest in north-east forest region.First,the tending and cutting problem of middle and juvenile planted forest.Second,the import and export right of forest products.Third,the development of forest industry.Fourth,the other management problems,and then the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the above problems. |
