| 摘 要： | 连续10年保持强劲增长的中国外贸在2009年“熄火”了，受困于外需疲软，2009中国外贸200强的门槛首次下调。尽管上榜企业还是先于整体形势回暖，但榜单中外资企业比重过大、加工贸易主导的格局并未改变。
