| 摘 要： | 契约式物流联盟是以契约为纽带形成的物流中间组织,组织的有限理性,组织的机会主义以及外部环境的不确定性导致联盟自身具有不稳定性,设计有效的信任机制,构建合意的利益分配机制以及组建高效的信息沟通机制有利于增强联盟的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Contract-based logistics alliance is an intermediate organization,which may have non-stability because of the bounded rationality,opportunism and uncertainty of surrounding.Some mechanism can be made to build up the stability of the alliance,such as efficient trust system,acceptably return distribution system and efficient information communication system. |
