| 摘 要： | 面临世界自由贸易区发展的新趋势,分析我国特殊监管区域未来发展的方向,针对宁波特殊监管区域未来发展的挑战,提出了相关对策建议：①区港联动,使保税区朝综合物流为主的自由港发展；②区区联动,使保税区朝加工贸易为主的自由贸易区发展；③加快保税物流中心建设,强化辐射功能。

| Abstract: | With the new tendency in the development of free trade zones in the world, this paper probes into the futare development of the specially supervised areas in China and offers suggestions on how to accept the challenge to Ningbe specially supervised area, which includes changing the bonded area into a free port with the comprehensive transportation as its main industry, turning the bonded area into a free - trade zone with the processing trade as its main part and accelerating the construction of the bonded transportation center and strengthening its functions. |
