| 摘 要： | 不断创新工会工作方式,有效推进新形势下的工会工作,是当前摆在我们人民银行分支机构工会干部面前必须认真思考的一个问题。根据多年的工会工作实践,笔者认为要做好工会工作,必须围绕中心、服务大局;找准定位、有效履职;热爱本职、有为有位,才能不断开创工会工作的新局面。
