| 摘 要： | 进入上世纪90年代以来,黑龙江省产业结构开始向高级化迈进,工业产业呈现出强势行业、实力行业、潜力行业等特征。进入后危机时期,影响黑龙江省工业结构调整的动态因素增多,欲提升黑龙江省工业产业结构高度,不仅要通过产业的重工业化和资本、技术集约化来提升产业间结构高度,更要以创新能力为主要标识的产业结构升级转换能力积极推进工业生产向产业链高端演进,以增强工业结构持续升级潜力。
