| 摘 要： | 当前,在我国的大型高新技术加工贸易企业的发展过程中,凸显出一些深层次问题,主要是：所从事的多是低附加值的劳动密集型活动,获利较小,始终处于价值链的低端;缺乏长远发展目标;社会责任的缺失;周边国家竞争力加大等。我国大型高新技术加工贸易企业应发挥自身优势,发展自主品牌;产业链向两端延伸;完善企业管理制度,重视人才培养;积极申请SA8000认证,在做好企业加工贸易转型升级的同时,承担起社会责任。
