| 摘 要： | 针对家庭因素对大学生择业影响所开展的问卷调查显示：学生的家庭是造就其素质以至影响职业生涯的主要因素之一,主要包括父母教育方式和家庭经济情况对大学生择业的影响。在家庭教育方面,为了使家长们能够更好的培养子女,应从辅导家长们提高文化素质、道德素质、教育思想素质和心理素质等方面入手,帮助家长系统地学习家庭教育的基础知识和技巧,更科学有效的对子女进行教育,正确的引导子女选择职业。同时,大学毕业生还应从个人、家庭、学校和社会的实际出发,确定好适合自己的目标,明确自身定位,努力提高自身的综合素质,从而实现职业理想。
