| 摘 要： | 实证分析发现：产业集群是一种普遍存在的经济现象,这种特殊的产业组织形式与区域经济增长之间表现出一定程度的共生性。随着完达山、飞鹤等龙头企业的发展,黑龙江乳制品产业集聚度迅速提高,在外部效应、网络效应、规模经济效应的作用下,乳制品产业链上的企业开始向集群区域聚集;资源共享和知识溢出效应开始显现,企业搜寻成本降低、交易效率提高,不仅进一步促进了产业集聚水平的提高,形成了产业集聚自我强化的内在机制,也明显地提高了黑龙江省乳制品产业的竞争力。
