摘    要:高职院校实施创新教育是社会经济发展的需要,也是学校教育发展的需要。美国哈佛大学教授霍华德.加德纳博士提出的多元智能理论强调人体智能的多维性、差异性和实践性,给我国高职创新教育的启示是:应树立以人为本的教学理念、人人都能成功的学生观、因材施教的教学观、多元多维的评价观;弘扬崇尚个性的创新文化;建立益于学生创新的课程体系;校企合作培养学生创新能力。
