| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着企业的改革深入,厂务公开工作在实践中面临许多新情况、新问题。新形势下,如何实现厂务公开民主管理的新突破,不断推进厂务公开民主管理工作的创新发展,笔者提出了深化"三项建设"、坚持"四个结合"的思路,对厂务公开民主管理创新发展的路径进行思考和探索。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the development of enterprise reform,a lot of new situations and new issues have occurred when relevant staffs cope with factory affairs.With regard to the matter on how to achieve a new breakthrough in open and democratic management of factory affairs and constandy promote the innovative development of the management in the new situation,the author holds forth new ideas to deepen "the Construction of Three Projects" and adhere to "Four Combinations, which aims to reflect upon and explore new ways of innovatively developing factory affairs management. |
