| 摘 要： | 本文从食品的变质速率出发,研究了构建智能化食品物流中心的基础设施、物流环节自动监测和控制等问题,基于RFID、GPS/GIS技术和HACCP思想,构建了一套低温食品物流中心的全程自动监控系统.
