Analysis about the Japanese Women's Economic and Social Status

This article through the use of a large collection of data,attempts to analyze the employment situation,re-employment opportunities and working conditions for Japanese women.It uses this data to reflect on the current economic status and complex social conditions currently experienced by Japanese women in the workforce and the challenges they face.Along with this,it also attempts to define a reasonable social division of labor between men and women in Japanese society,keeping in mind the social roles of each gender.By learning from these precedents and discarding the inadequate ones,we can help formulate administrative and social security policies,as well as other relevant laws,as they apply to employment conditions for Chinese women.
