生态节能旅游景区设计的若干关键性技术探索

随着我国经济的不断前进,我国的旅游产业和房地产业在近几年得到迅猛发展,将旅游与地产相结合形成的系统性理论与实践,逐渐成为越来越多的学者研究的重点。而现在旅游景区的建设多是资源依托型,其建筑更是消耗能源的主要方面,已经不适合社会可持续发展的要求。文章结合生态旅游及绿色建筑的理念,相互渗透,相互融合,在研究两个理论的发展状况和趋势的基础上,通过秦皇岛生态节能示范区的建设实践,比较其与普通景区的节能优势,重点落实于关键性节能技术的探索和总结。将绿色建筑的思想应用于旅游景区的规划设计中,不仅是生态旅游发展的内在需要,也是广泛推广绿色建筑,实现经济效益和社会效益统一的根本体现。

Research on Technologies about Energy-Saving of Eco-Tourism Attractions

As the increasing development of economy which arouses the improvement of tourism and real estate,it has been an important topic for researchers who are gonging to combine the both.Tourism attractions,however,have always been based on local resources.The constructions have occupied a great proportion about energy consuming which is not suitable for sustainable development.The article focuses on the status and trend about eco-tourism and green-building.It makes connections the two theories and takes an actual eco-tourism attraction for example and compares the differences with an ordinary one.Finally,it summarizes some technologies about energy-saving.The article will contribute to the development of eco-tourism and green-building as well as economic and social value.
