| 摘 要： | 商业秘密保护问题由来已久,加入WTO使这一问题面临更加严峻的挑战。本文通过对WTO关于商业秘密保护界定的阐释和分析,分别从政府和企业的角度提出了政府应加强商业秘密保护立法和执法力度,企业应增强商业秘密保护意识,以及政府和企业应该携手共同应对商业秘密侵权等问题。

| Abstract: | An agorithm for rducing the Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR) of OFDM signal based on constellation mapping is presented,and a low complexity search algorithm using trellis factor search is proposed for the method.Computer simulation shows that the proposed scheme is not only effective in reducing the PAPR,but also with low complexity and good practical value. |
