大学生文化与成人文化的冲突给学校教育带来的启示

由于大学生与成年人在价值取向、价值选择和价值评价上存在着不同,所以,大学生文化中肯定会出现大学生亚文化与成人文化的冲突.本文分析了大学生文化的特点、大学生文化与成人文化冲突的类型、造成冲突的原因,最后提出学校教育应懂得对大学生个性需求的宽容与尊重,学校应直面"青年文化反哺",主动承担冲突的"主要责任",以及学校要在传统文化的亲和力上下工夫.

Insights for College Education from the Generational Conflict between College Culture and Adult Culture

Because college students differ in their value preference, value choice and value evaluation with the adult population, it is certain that conflicts in college culture will emerge between student subculture and adult culture. This article analyzes the characteristics of the current college culture, the categories of the cultural conflict, and the cause of the conflict. In the end, we propose that college education should understand and display tolerance and respect for individual personality and demand, be willing to directly face the "youth cultural repayment", actively shoulder "the major responsibility" for the conflict, and make efforts to improve the affinity of traditional culture values.
