航空物流服务供应链整合管理实现机制研究

文章认为,航空物流服务供应链整合管理的成功实现不仅取决于各节点企业本身,而且取决于节点企业间的关系管理及航空物流发展的外部环境。文章指出,通过培养核心能力与发展学习型组织产生一种对服务供应链整合的吸引力,以信任机制为基础、以整合重组机制为手段、以知识共享机制为前提、以激励与约束机制为保证的企业间关系管理机制形成一种协同力,良好的航空物流发展外部环境是一种支持力,才能共同促进航空物流服务供应链整合管理实现。
