| 摘 要： | 文章分析了产学合作知识共享的总体运作模型,并对产学合作知识共享中自有知识的选择与溢出、知识整合与共有知识形成、共有知识的吸收和应用三个运作过程进行了详细探讨。文章认为,产学合作知识共享的运作是一种反复螺旋上升的创新能力共享的动态过程;自有知识选择与溢出是产学合作知识共享得以顺利进行的必要保证;知识整合为共有知识的形成准备了条件,共有知识的形成是知识整合的目的;通过建立共有知识库可以帮助产学双方开展共有知识的吸收和应用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the overall operation model of knowledge sharing in industry-university cooperation.Moreover,it also explores the three processes of the knowledge sharing： selection and overflow of own knowledge,knowledge integration and the formation of common knowledge,the absorption and application of common knowledge.Research shows that operation of knowledge sharing in industry-university cooperation is repeated spiral dynamic process which shared innovation capacity.Selection and overflow of own knowledge is the necessary to ensure smooth of knowledge sharing in industry-university;knowledge integration is the conditions prepare for the formation of common knowledge,it is the purpose of knowledge integration;through the establishment of common knowledge base to helping both parties to carry out the absorption and application of common knowledge. |
