| 摘 要： | 从几个角度介绍了齐齐哈尔市草原的生态状况及变化趋势。并确立了分级标准，同时运用模糊数学对其现状给予评价。其综合状况为四级，草原破坏，退化严重。生态系统生产力水平较低。根据这一现状，从认识，政策，措施等提出了具体的防治对策。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the state and trend of the ecological system in Qigihar grassland from several angles;it also gives some comment on the state by fuzzy maths.The synthetic state is4grade,The grassland was destroyed and leads to the serious degeneration.The level of productive forces of the ecological system is lowly.Besides,it provides the proper countermeasure from policy and measure to protect the ecological system in Qigihar grassland. |
