摘    要:在分析工程项目索赔事件产生原因的基础上,建立了索赔原因层次分析架构。运用灰色关联分析方法,研究了某地区近4年发生的索赔事件,得到引起索赔事件发生的主因素依次为合同变更及缺陷→不可预见因素→法律法规变更→业主、工程师违约;引起索赔事件发生的子因素主要为合同缺陷,其次为地质条件与合同文件不一致。

Abstract:On the basis of the claims factors in engineer project,we establish two-hierarchical model of risk claims.According to relativity analysis method in grey systems theory,we study claims events in certain region.The result by quantitative calculation are obtained as following: the order of main factors causing claims events is defects and default of contract,unforeseeable factors,variation of the laws and regulations,break of contract by the employer and the engineer.The most important one among various sub-factors contributing to claims events is defects of contract,and the second one is the geological condition inconsistent with the contract.
