| 摘 要： | 本文利用1999～2006年中国工业行业数据,通过构建双重差分模型(differences-in-differences),对始于20世纪末第三阶段国有企业改革绩效进行评估。结果发现,国有企业绩效虽仍有别于其他所有制类型的企业,但经济绩效自2003年前后发生明显好转,国有企业绩效已经与非国有经济较好的三资企业无差异。这表明,自1999年以来通过一系列改革措施,国有企业整体绩效获得了明显提高。同时,本文也间接揭示了国有企业规模、行业垄断地位以及国有经济战线的缩小对其绩效改善所起的积极作用。
