| 摘 要： | 产业集群是产业发展的一种内在规律,也和开放经济的程度有很大的关系。在开放经济的条件下,如果合理运用产业要素变动和经济地理变迁的有利因素,可以在不太长的时间内加快产业集群的发展,发挥产业集群的效应,提高产业效率。文章首先就产业集群的构成要素和发展机理进行一般性分析,然后对基于FDI产业集群模式进行具体的考察,再对我国利用外资和产业集群发展的相关问题进行详细分析,希望这些问题的研究在改革开放的今天能够具有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Industrial cluster is an inherent law of industrial development and it has a close connection with the open degree of one economy. Under open economy, we can speed up the development of industrial cluster by reasonably applying advantages in the change of industrial factors and economic geography. After theoretical analysis, the paper makes a close study of the relation between foreign investment in China and the development of its industrial cluster. |
