| 摘 要： | 科学的财政支出绩效评价指标体系是实施财政支出绩效评价制度的关键。本文提出要设计科学合理的财政支出项目的绩效指标评价体系,必须遵循科学的评价工作流程,贯彻"一个前提,两个基本点,三个相结合"基本思路。
