| 摘 要： | 回顾了资源基础理论早期几篇重要文献对战略性资源能力特征的研究，并对这些研究进行了评述。在此基础上，针对资源能力的战略特征和战略价值判别问题，提出了一个包括“五标准三步骤”的分析框架，并运用该框架对资源能力进行了归类。

| Abstract: | It first reviews some important early literature which researched the characteristics of strategic resources capabilities form resource-based view (RBV). Based on above works, for solving the problem that how to identify the strategic characteristics and strategic value of resources capabilities, it develops an analysis framework including five Standards and three procedures, then assorts the resources capabilities by using this framework. |
