| 摘 要： | 影响工程造价的因素是多方面的，合理投资避免失控是一个系统工程。章从不同角度进行思考，寻求控制工程造价的途径和方法。主要是加强对建设单位、设计单位、施工单位的控制，以及完善相关法规、制度及调控网络系统等。
